These terms and conditions are between the customer and Customer Tire Cover


Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept online payment as our main payment method. AED is allowed.

Once an order is submitted, it begins designing and processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. That means that even if you contact our customer service department 24 hours later after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can’t change or cancel an order once it has been put into one-of-a-kind production or sent out. Please notes: For orders that have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return and Exchange Policy.

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Customized orders take a little longer process than those traditional finished products. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary. Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 5-8 business days for the order to reach your shipping address within UAE. International shipping varies.

Along the way, you will receive your tracking No. through email, msg to track the order online.

Please note: The actual delivery time may vary, depending on your shipping address. Notes: Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the day of ordering. Customers are responsible for losses due to wrong shipping information.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the order number. No returns are accepted after 14 days from when you receive them. Please notes: For orders that have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return Policy or please contact our customer service for a return.

Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 14 days from receipt.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); Norestocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Please note that all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.


Custom Tire Cover reserves the right to modify this Web Site, and the rules and regulations governing its use, at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Web Site, and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to the Web Site. CustomTireCover.co may make changes in the products and/or services described on this Web Site at any time.

Custom Tire Cover reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased per person or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account. We will notify you should such limits be applied in the purchasing process.

We endeavor to present accurate information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when information on CustomTireCover.co may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. Any such errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information in any way affects your individual order.

We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time, without prior notice.


Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing. We are not responsible for any losses caused by improper use, such as overstretching or being dyed. If parcels get lost due to the wrong shipping address provided by customers, we will not burden any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.
