Welcome to Custom Tire Cover (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://customtirecover.co/ (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

3. Products & Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Colours may vary depending on your screen resolution and display settings.

3.2 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.3 Order Processing

Orders enter our production process shortly after confirmation. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via credit/debit cards and payment links. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Destinations

We ship all over the UAE and GCC Countries.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • UAE: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days from order confirmation.
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and will be provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

6.2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom & Personalized Products: All custom-made and personalized tire covers are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, as they are produced specifically to your individual specifications and cannot be restocked or resold.
  • Incorrect Customer Selections: Orders placed with an incorrect tire size, vehicle model, or design specifications provided by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your tire size and design details before placing your order.
  • Used or Installed Products: Products that have been installed, mounted on a vehicle, used, or exposed to weather or outdoor elements are not eligible for return.
  • Customer-Caused Damage: Damage resulting from improper installation, forced fitting, or the use of unsuitable cleaning products or chemicals will not be accepted for return.

Exception for Defective or Incorrect Items:
The above non-returnable policy does not apply to items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly produced due to our error. In such cases, please contact us immediately at ask@customtirecover.co for a replacement or full refund, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

6.4 Return Process

To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us at ask@customtirecover.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

6.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.

Please note that while we process the refund promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends entirely on your bank or payment provider’s internal processing policies. This additional time is outside our control and may take several extra business days.

6.6 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Custom Tire Cover or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Tire Cover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in the first instance. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability
